for sudden and accidental pollution events with Mold coverage available on a
claims made basis.

No exclusions for construction defects or water intrusion
Policies available for practice, project specific (OCIP/CCIP) or XS placements
and coverage available for operational, transportational and disposal liability.

Minimum premium: $10,000

Minimum SIR: $10,000; or $25,000 for mold related liability

Limits Capacity available up to a $25 million per claim/aggregate limit
