• Property Risk Assessment Surveys - Property and Business Interruption Risk Assessments include the detailed review of a location’s construction, occupancy, protection, and exposure features, and an evaluation of the impact of the exposures to business operations. Using NFPA fire codes and, or other industry standards, we help identify risk improvement opportunities that mitigate exposures. Customized reports capture the engineering assessment, and provide a source for risk management review and action.

• AAA Loss Prevention Program- This is an accreditation program where management and physical protection type categories are rated from AAA (best) to SD (worst). Developed with the assistance of clients, this program provides a quick summary of the status and standing of each of the categories for each of your company’s locations. Each survey report contains a ratings summary page that is backed up with a detailed analysis. At the end of the year, we provide a one-page color-coded spreadsheet that summarizes all surveys, including ratings per location and per category. This summary is extremely useful in the development of training programs, the allocation of capital budgets, the allocation of premium, and the appraisal of location management.

• Customized Loss Prevention Programs - We work closely with our clients to create account service plans that outline the expectations and objectives of the service program. These service plans detail the joint approach between our clients and our engineers, and the products to be delivered. Specific customer requests are incorporated into the plan to assure that the program will meet the needs of the account, and deliver positive results to the customer’s safety performance.

• Property Exposure Data Management - Through feedback from our clients, we created and now offer a system, referred to as APEX. It is a portable database that captures all relevant account and location engineering data, with associated loss projection calculations. It provides a risk management view of the entire location schedule and helps a client prioritize risk improvement plans. Soon, this product will be web-enabled and will be linked to our internet site.
