AAA Loss Prevention Program
This is an accreditation program where 21 categories are rated from AAA (best) to SD (worst). Developed with the assistance of clients, this program provides a quick summary of the status and standing of the 21 categories for each of your company’s locations. Each survey report contains a ratings summary page that is backed up with a detailed analysis.
The two key sections of the report are:
- Management Categories – items that are of little cost to implement.
- Physical Exposures – items that need some capital budgeting to implement.
Categories within Management deal with issues such as Documentation of Procedures – making sure all protection procedures are written down and updated periodically. Physical Exposures issues deal with the adequacy of Water Supplies, Sprinklers, Building Construction, and other physical features of the facility. These categories can be customized to include exposures common to your operations.
At the end of the year, we will provide a one-page color-coded spreadsheet that summarizes all surveys, including ratings per location and per category. This summary is extremely useful in the development of training programs, the allocation of capital budgets, the allocation of premium, and the appraisal of location management.
