ACE USA has promoted Lisa Fleishman-Hicks to the position of vice president of Communications. Fleishman-Hicks has responsibility for internal and external communications, in addition to providing communication support for all of ACE USA's lines of business.
Since joining ACE USA in December of 1999 as assistant vice president of Communications, Fleishman-Hicks has developed several key programs to increase product knowledge among ACE USA's employee group and to promote the company's sales initiatives. Fleishman-Hicks has also initiated several media programs that have increased visibility for ACE USA by more than 50% and continues to take on growing responsibilities.

Prior to joining ACE USA, Fleishman-Hicks served as assistant vice president of Marketing & Communications for Commonwealth Risk in Philadelphia, PA, and the 30 subsidiary companies of Mutual Risk Management Ltd., and worked for Acordia, Inc. as a marketing and communications consultant. Fleishman-Hicks pioneered Frank B. Hall & Company's first central communications and marketing center, and prior to joining Hall, she served as an industry consultant and lecturer on communications and marketing techniques while employed by Crowder Insurance Company.
Fleishman-Hicks is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Finance. She is a member of Insurance Marketing Communications Association (IMCA), the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the communications committee for the Insurance Information Institute, and chairs the Professional Development committee of the Philadelphia chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
