ACE USA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ACE Limited (NYSE: ACL), has appointed Michael Coleman, senior vice president, ACE Agricultural Operations. Coleman, an insurance professional with 22 years of industry experience, will lead the newly combined crop and farm operations of ACE USA.
"Mike has been with the company since 1986, and has effectively managed the crop operation for the past seven years," said Robert J. Gaffney, executive vice president of Diversified Products, a division of ACE USA. "We are committed to the agricultural business. Having Mike in this important position enables us to continue to focus on this growing segment of our business."
Coleman has most recently served as vice president of the Diversified Products division of ACE USA, with emphasis on Crop business. Coleman holds a CPCU designation and is a graduate of West Chester University.
